2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our items are custom-designed and created specifically for you. Please carefully review design proofs, size charts, and personalization details before ordering.

Because custom items are created uniquely for each customer:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part

  • Slight variations in color, placement, and design printing may occur and are not considered defects

If we make an error, we will correct it as quickly as possible.

3. Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

If a cancellation is needed, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change at any time. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Processing times vary for handmade/custom products. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or weather

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not located

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

All designs, product photos, graphics, text, and content on this site are the property of Forever Rose XO or licensed creators and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Custom artwork you provide must belong to you or be authorized for use. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it and grant us permission to print it.
