Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order. Typical processing times are:

• Custom & personalized orders: 7–14 business days

• Non-custom items: 3–5 business days

Because our products are handmade and customized, some orders require more time to create. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will email you with an update.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons, production time may extend. We always work to get your order out as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
