Return & Refund Policy — Forever Rose XO

Because most of our items are custom-made and created just for you, we want to make sure expectations are clear so we can provide the best experience possible.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at foreverrosexo3@gmail.com. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted. Approved returns should be mailed to the address provided in your return email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Most of our products are made to order (including custom shirts, tumblers, mugs, Crocs, stickers, and personalized designs).

Because they are created specifically for you, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun — unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

If something is wrong with your custom order, please contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong item

  • A defective product

email us at foreverrosexo3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or solution.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process.
